Jay R. Perkins, P.E.

With more than 25 years experience as a geotechnical engineer, Mr. Perkins has managed and completed a variety of geotechnical and multi-disciplined projects at the local, national and international levels. This management experience includes coordinating the various civil engineering disciplines to complete the necessary deliverables and contract documents for bidding within a given budget. Technical experience encompasses supervising geotechnical investigations and instrumentation programs, providing design recommendation of commercial and industrial buildings, earth embankment dams and slopes, landfills, cutoff walls, wastewater treatment facilities, horizontal construction; and the application of geosynthetic materials.

Environmental engineering experience includes environmental site evaluations for potential soil and groundwater contamination which included identifying, sampling and disposing of contaminated soil and groundwater in accordance with the local, state and federal guidelines..
